I am writing to share concerns regarding the advertising of $5 bouquets on Fridays. This past Friday I sent my teenage son to get a bouquet for his grandma and he came home with 3 stems of sad looking daylillies with no additional greenery. He assured me that he treated them with care and that they all looked this way in the shop. I realized that for the price the bouquet would be simple, but this sad bunch could not be given to grandma! In addition, my son did not experience the friendly service that you advertise. He did not receive much assistance and felt dismissed by the clerk. My husband received similar service, but we chalked it up to the clerk having a bad day. Based on these two experiences, we will be purchasing our flowers from other establishments in the future.

Genny was amazing to work with for our wedding flowers! While I was planning, it was easiest to communicate with email and she was always so prompt in getting back to me. I had a specific leaf that I wanted even though it wasnt in season. Genny searched until she found it for me. Everything turned out beautifully! I also compared prices all throughout the Chippewa Valley and EC Floral was by far the most competitive!

I ordered a dozen roses for my wifes birthday, completely via the Internet. The website was very intuitive and worked very well, and the flowers looked even better than they did on the website. They were delivered in a timely and professional manner as well. It was a flawless experience and resulted in a very happy wife too!
