I wanted to surprise my husband with a few pairs of new work shoes. I hauled my two toddlers with me in hopes for a quick shopping excursion. With one strapped to my back and the other in tow I carried my three boxes of shoes to the counter (over 200 dollars worth). I am a reward member but admit to the clerk that I havent gotten a coupon in a while and is there something she can do? She looks me up and sees that I am a member- then shows me my address on the screen and tells me I should have received one a few weeks ago. At this point my youngest starts to fuss. She also tells me it might be in an email. I leave the boxes on the counter and go back to the car to get my phone- nope no email- go back in the store to get the shoes. At this point she tells me if I find a coupon I can bring in the receipt later. Really? What is 10-20 percent to your store? Nothing. I leave happy feeling like I got a good deal, and you get a repeat customer. This is why online shopping is taking over. I think in the future Ill stick to Amazon and count on the free returns if the shoe wont fit.

The staff here is awesome! I spoke with the manager, Justin, by phone about an exchange, and he was friendly and understanding. I went into the store and they were out of my size, but the staff person ordered a new pair for me to have delivered to my house. I will definitely be back to this DSW.

Large selection of shoes in all different styles. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The rewards program is all a plus if you buy a lot of shoes. Prices arent cheap unless your in the bargain section.

Great selection for a good price. Clean store with friendly staff. They dont have the style I am looking for all the time, but it is a great place to start.

Not too much of a selection in the clearance if you have big feet, but I still manage to find something nice.
