I love DSW, they have great prices on nice shoes. Their customer service is also outstanding! I bought a pair of tennis shoes that ended up giving me awful blisters so I went to buy new ones. Not only did they help me find better tennis shoes, they let me exchange the ones despite the fact there was a small amount of wear. I wish I knew the managers name so I could praise him, he was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me.

This is the only retail store in the Memphis/Shelby County area and there isnt another one unless you travel to Nashville or Jackson, MS. They even have sizes up to 12 but not many. I live in MS and it is my top two shoe stores. Would recommend to anyone who loves a high quality shoe at an affordable price. Hate I have to wait a while for online shoe delivery.

Ill give them two stars because the store is very clean. I left because I couldnt get anyone to help me. I waited almost 15 minutes for two sales people to return to help me. All cashiers were open with only a couple of people in line.... and thats where they stayed.
