No Stars: I bought two pair of Cow Boy boots for my Grand Children from the discounted section, the manager said that they were great boots with no problems just old stock and they were not carrying this brand any more. At the til I was informed that on discounts there was no returns or refunds. On Christmas Morning when the Grand Children opened the boots, they found that the surface of the leather was flaking and peeling off. I talked to the manager on Boxing Day who informed me that all the boots did this and they were not carrying them any more. Also that because I bought them at discount it was to bad he could not do anything for me as they were not making any money on them. Lemon Laws for Cars but not for Boots. So Sad. B.W.

Went to buy a pair of boots and some safety glasses today, told them my situation and they were very helpful in finding a pair of boots that matched my needs, plus i could relate to the guy helping me since i am in the national guard and he was an ex-guardsman, while pricey, i feel like i got what i paid for and i know where to go if i ever need to buy winter wear and fishing clothes.

Helpful Service, with a local touch. I love to shop at Boot Outlet, they are always so helpful and friendly. I called for a ladies fishing shirt in January and they pulled al the shirts in my size. I was so glad I knew I was getting what I needed before I left home. Every time we go there to buy shoes or whatever we need, this store staff is right on it.
