HORRIBLE customer service! I went there with my mom and two sisters and we were the only one in the store. No one ever asked if they could help, neither did they say one word to us. I went to the register to check out and the girl behind there, Demi was her name, just stood there. She didnt say anything to me. Not this register is open, nothing. I checked out (which I regret buying anything there) and she handed me the receipt and didnt say thank you or have a nice day. I felt like it was a bother having us in there. Never again will I go back to this store!

The store was quiet and just one employee that I saw. He did ask me what I was looking for and I fact got a pair of shoes down for me. I found the prices fair (in range) and the sketchers I was looking for were marked down from the sticker. I got 4 pair of shoes and got two of them at 1/2 price. Employer was courteous and wished us a happy new year. I have no complaints.

Great place to go for shoes! With lower prices than Fremaux Town Center and a regular selection of traditional shoes, Shoe Carnival is one of the best shoe stores Ive been to in awhile! Plus theres a wheel you can spin for additional money off!!
