It would have been a better review, but this is the direct response I got from management over a 3 star review over Facebook. Christopher I must say I dont ever comment back on reviews knowing you cant make everyone happy. In this case I will. Every review we have at every store of mine, the customer service is what we are praised on. Your first visit you wrote a great review on us. Then later you wrote a terrible review on us. I reached out to you and gave you free product and you removed your review. Months have passed and you havent been back to our store since. Now you choose to write this review. You must have a lot of time on your hands. You compared us to other local shops. Perhaps you should read their reviews and see just how crappy their customer service is. We pride ourselves on customer service as every review we have indicates that!! We carry only the highest quality tested e-liquids on the market and Im sorry but when you choose to supply your customers with only the best we do pay a little more for that. I appreciate that you have nothing better to do with your time then to bash businesses. Please continue to patronage those stores and kindly stay away from ours. You are just one of those guys that feel you are unpowered by writing reviews. Thank you the owner. Again from management: E-cig Warehouse La Crosse I am not going to get into this back and fourth with you. I was the Vice President of one of the largest E-liquid manufactures in the world. I understand the liquids and the quality. We will not recycle the bottles because it is unsanitary. We offer reward points for loyalty and twice a month 40 dollar giveaways. Based on your review I think you would be better off continuing to take your business to those establishments that you feel are better qualified to give you the customer service that you feel is appropriate. This is definitely one of the best vape shops I have ever been to. The staff was very professional and also really friendly and made the experience exceptional. They have a huge selection of products and juices to choose from and a nice bar that you can sit at and relax. 10/10 would come back again

Extremely Friendly and well educated on all of their store products to help customers find their perfect mod. Definitely beats all other local competition. Always see smiles on other customers faces when they enter and a bigger smile when they leave. I highly recommend e-cig warehouse.

I had the good fourtune of visiting your store on Aug 20th and meeting Ryan. He was very very helpful and full of knowledge for this newbie. I did make a puchase and plan on returning to this store for all my supplies. I found the store immaculate and very well orgainzed.

Very friendly owner, knowledgeable and approachable. My only complaints would be very limited selection of high VG blends and the liquid quality isnt top notch. But its a great place to stop if youre on the road and low on liquid.
