Ive been going to this place since I arrived at LSU in 2011. I came in with a friend today who is also a regular, and today was our last time ever visiting. The idiot at the counter held my ID longer than Ive ever had it held before and I regularly visit bars in the area. He was obviously new so I tried to give him a break, but once he got to my fried he simply didnt believe it was hers because she now wears glasses. Weve frequented this place for three years now and its only gone down hill. The service is subpar and if youre with a minority they will harass you. I wasnt going to write a bad review because I love seeing local businesses thrive but this place is somehow now as good as the RaShop near by. That definitely hurts to say it after being such a loyal customer but I cant see myself in there ever again. The best hours to visit are between 11pm and 2 am when youre really desperate because everything else is closed.

Simply no other place to go that has what youre looking for and are glad to be there and happy to help you in whatever way they can. My fiancé and I actually now have a close personal friendship with the current owner of Hi Life. She is an awesome woman and friend that truly cares about all of her customers and manages her business professionally, respectfully, and flawlessly. Go check the place out.

I purchased a vaporizer a couple weeks ago(which was definitely overpriced) that did not work. That same day, i call then find out they dont do returns or exchanges. Dont buy stuff that is out of their box because more than likely itll be broken. Their website claims that they will do everything to meet everyones expectations....bunch of bull crap.

Very abundant supply of everything smoking related. Only disappointed that the stores policy in kratom is to only allow purchase if 21 and older. Other than that, a friendly and helpful staff with very flexible store hours.

The absolute best staff. Love Nicky (the owner) dylan,and Colton are the best. Super friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. If they dont have it they will order it for you or tell you where you can get it.
