Just went in there to buy filters. I thought it was buy by the filter so I said I needed 5. Weny to check out and swiped my card and as I paid I realized I was buying 5 bags not 5 filters. Asked if I could return them and was told there was no return policy. I was in the store and hadnt even walked out yet. The people working could clearly see that I was in shock at what I had just purchased and asked me if I was OK. I told them that I didnt expect to buy five bags. Their response was, Im sorry you misunderstood, at least youll have filters. I will never shop there again.

Just rude. Seem to offer wildly different customer service depending on whether or not an owner is present. If they arent around, most employees will give accurate information with a friendly attitude; if they are, expect to be treated like a criminal for daring to try to support a local business. Grotesquely overpriced on a wide spectrum of items; if you ever get down to NOLA, any random touristy head shop in the French Quarter will provide a similar or superior stock with much friendlier service. Strictly for LSU students with no other option.

RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!! Okay I get that you must have an ID to walk in the door.. but really when someone who is in their 50s walks in and gets thrown out because of no id...really does common sense even exist any more... and I had purchased 150.00 of e-cig stuff and it leaked and didnt work...WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY !!!

Disrespected and talked down to from the moment I walked in, zero return policy even if THEY gave to the wrong attachment, terribly high prices, pitiful selection, oh and dont even utter the word "synthetic" because thats a one way ticket out the door.

The girl with the nose ring VERY rudely kicked us out as soon as we walked in for saying "zong". Didnt even get to see what they had, but the two minutes of horrible customer service is enough to keep me from going back.
