This is the worst place to buy anything from. I previously bought a vape pen for about $25 from this store and it stopped working within a week. I returned the pen back to the shop with my name and number and was told the manager would give me a call within a few days. As I patiently waited, a few days turned into a week before I started to call and try to talk with someone. After calling several times, I was told the manager was only in on certain days, didnt come in that day, or had already left. After a month and a half without a call from anyone I finally reached the manager and she said that she could not give me a refund or another pen and the only thing she suggested was that I come look at another (more expensive pen) and the most she could do was give me five freaking dollars off after I spent over twenty. In the end I did not get anywhere and ended up losing and wasting money but I WILL NOT be returning to this shop and hope that I can save someone the time and trouble of spending their money at this place

Knowledgeable, and laid back. Idk about you but most times going to a new head shop I get pretty tense - what are their rules? What to say? What do you call certain things? I was greeted with smiles first off, which is always a warm welcome. Staff was well versed in the different kind of products they offered. I went in there thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but the woman working with me actually showed me a better product for almost the same price that I wasnt even aware existed. Thanks so much to you! Sorry I didnt catch your names, but my experience was awesome. ❤️

IF YOU MESS UP A PRODUCT BY YOURSELF, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. NOT THE HEAD SHOP. DONT COMPLAIN OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT HOW UNFAIR THE RULES ARE WHEN YOU WERE BRIEFED ON THEM WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. Staff is not only extremely friendly and inviting, but also incredibly knowledgeable about all products that they sell. Amazing selection of water pipes and pipes. Though some of the prices are higher for similar sized and look at other places, the quality of dare I say pieces of art are second to none in the Baton Rouge area.

From my very first time to Bella the staff there has always been incredibly well knowledged, helpful, with great customer service and people skills. They have absolutely the greatest glass selection in all of the baton rouge area a long with ANYTHING someone would need. I strongly strongly suggest them to anyone and everyone!

Awesome smoke shop! They have a wide variety of pipes and water pipes and other cool accessories. Though its way over priced in my opinion, their products look really high quality and the customer service is awesome. And we were given free RAW lanyards with our purchase! Will be visiting again.

Awesome place, great variety, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The one guy thats been there a while really makes you feel taken care of. He needs a raise!! I recommend this place over the ra shop and other head shops. Ive tried them all and I always come back to this one. Thanks!

They knowingly sell defective merchandise, then make it nearly impossible to exchange it or get a refund. The owners are the only ones who can except returns or exchanges and they only come in two days a week, Monday and Tuesdays, from 8-12. Definitely does not cater to most working people.

Im from out of town so I wasnt sure where to go, ended up finding this place and I was very happy. They had a good collection and it was all arranged in a convenient order. Very pleased with the service Adam gave me, helped me out with a lot of annoying questions I had.
