the owner buys cheap crap from overseas to save a buck instead of supporting local artists who make a higher quality product! and he hires retards who make less than minimum wage so they dont give a s#$@ about you. go somewhere where the owner actually runs the shop and supports american artists!!!!

I absolutely love this place! They have everything you need for the ultimate smoking experience! I only gave them 4 stars because of poor customer service on 2 separate visits, however, those individuals are no longer employed there and now they have an awesome customer service staff!!!

Havent been to retro in over 2 years so I figured Id give it a try and theLady with the big ass tattoo are her back was so rude i didnt even end up buying what I wanted to buy. I just left because I was so irritated. Now I remember why I dont shop at retro.

Place is way to expensive pretty sure long haired tall blonde dude tried to sell me drugs will not go back or recommend to any one I go to the shop now in st Charles pretty sure there narcs or cops......!!!!!!!

Im not sure who waited on the other customers, but the lady in the store was very rude, didnt seem like she wanted be there, basically threw me out, lol! go to the shop very nice guys and gals.
