Bought a vape, then bought coils after showing them what type of vape it was.. twice. And twice they sold me the wrong one. The pack was open but none were primed or used. I then ask for a refund for the one for which I presented the receipt. They said it wasnt policy to refund it, so Im out $20 because they sold me the wrong item even after being shown the vape I use. And I wouldnt know it couldnt be used until I actually screwed it in. So thanks Ra Shop, Im heading to LA Vape.

Employees were terrible. In the middle of helping me pick something out the employee decided she had better things to do and switched out with someone else. Idk if i did something that rubbed that women the wrong way but that increasibly rude. Will not be going back!!!

Everytime Ive been here customer service is absolutely terrible. Employees are rude and extremely unhelpful. Will never go there again. Bunch of d bags. The Lotus on college is a million times better
