The only reason I am giving this store five stars is because of DUNCAN, he is the most helpful and honest employee at the store. He spent over an hour with me one morning on the phone while I was placing my first online order. Thank you DUNCAN! Five Star customer service for him. On the other hand, I had a terrible experience with the store manager while trying to explain to her that I basically got robbed of $120 if I would have ordered online in increments of $100 while using the best promo code to receive $40 off my $100 order. She was rude, unprofessional, and talked down to me like I was a child. Not the way a store manager should handle themselves and the store they represent. Overall make sure you have the best promo code by calling customer service first and ordering online. Unless DUNCAN is working; leave immediately and drive a mile or so to AutoZone, OReilys, Auto Value, Car Quest, or even Walmart. As for me I am packing up everything I purchased from the store and returning it. Then ordering it again online using the best promo code so I save the most money. - One mad consumer

We were traveling thru from out of town and ran into some car trouble - the gentleman working at Advance Auto Parts were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service, even coming outside in the bitter cold to help make sure we got exactly what we needed so we could get back on the road.
