Just had a great experience at this store location. I know some things but not a lot about upgrading cars. I was apprehensive of installing something as simple as a new tailpipe, but the associate was very friendly and took a look at my vehicle. Once we confirmed the part would fit he happily offered to install it for me after I bought it. I wasnt expecting that kind of service and probably would have struggled to install it myself. Thanks for the help!

AutoZone works well for me due to how close it is to my home. The prices are fair and the quality of the product meet expectation. I usually have to wait in line when in the store which takes away a bit. The lines are usually due to them up selling additional products. The last time I was in I picked up some break rotor. They ended up giving me the wrong size even after looking at my VIN and knowing its year.

Was instantly greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were very fast and professional with helping me. I thought it was awesome that I couldnt tell who the manager was because all of the employees treated me with great respect and they all had a genuine interest in their job. Ill for sure be going back to put some points on my rewards card at the onalaska location.

Very helpful staff. They go above and beyond to help there customers. I first stopped Addy OReilly and they wouldnt help sy all and ignored me. Auto zone was wonderful to me and even replaced my trail light for me and help fixed my good when it wouldnt shut. Thanks guys!
