The store manager here is very disrespectful. I attempted to return a jacket that I did not wear due to the season and she accused me of wearing the jacket because it smelled like "house" and saying that it wasnt in any condition for return. The funny thing about it is, the jacket was in perfect condition and tag still intact. She refused to return me my payments and she also insulted me. The day I purchased the jacket she was very rude also so I shouldnt have expected much. Now Im stuck with a $68.95 jacket that I cant wear because its not the proper season and I really dont want it anyways. She messed with the wrong person.

zumiez is cool and all, but the one at bayshore has real negative employees that make it clear as day they work on commission. The second you walk in the door, it feels like all they wanna know is what youre there to get and give you hardly any time to look around on your own...sometimes i dont wanna go in there cause i feel uncomfortable dealing with the usual workers
