Terrible experience at Estee Lauder counter. The saleslady kept giving me the "free gifts that came with my $90 purchase. I asked her a couple of times where my product was. She had it next to her cash register and offered me a discount if I signed up for the credit card. So I paid for the product and signed up for the credit card. She never let me try the product she was going to demonstrate because she suddenly jumped to another customer. I came home to discover I didnt have the product I had purchased! Im taking all the gifts back and cancelling my credit account!

Almost nothing irritates me more than being on hold for the OPERATOR for FIVE minutes and then being told to call back and dial the extension and then, when I do, Im on hold for another SEVEN minutes, after which time I am sent back to the OPERATOR who then disconnects me!!!! Is this really customer service???
