Visited here for advice and help to buy an extender for my necklace. The staff and management were superb, very helpful and diligent to my needs. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. I had previously visited stores in both the UK and Salzburg and although the staff in the UK were ok, Salzburg were - very unhelpful. Chicago - fantastic 5 deserved stars. You enhanced what was already an unexpectedly great visit Chicago. I hope your shop gets many visitors so that they too can enjoy all that you offer.

i just got a beautiful charm bracelet from this store and i cant say enough about how amazing this store is. the products are absolutely beautiful and the they stand out from quite a far. the products are long lasting and very glittering and very much worth the money spent. the service is also amazing when you go into the store. i absolutely loved it.

The largest Swarovski store in the region. Was helped by Lydia. She is so incredibly helpful. She show my wife and I around and introduced us to the history, quality of the crystals and other collections. Ended up making a purchase! Really recommend asking for Lydia when you are in!

I bought a necklace which is pretty, but the quality was really bad, broke in 2 days, and I took it back, get a brand new, cant believe broke that night, even didnt last one day!!! Really piss me off!!!
