I came to this store just today and had a nightmare experience. When I had found the item that I was ready to purchase the person that was supposed to be at the tool center checkout wasnt there. I was waiting at the checkout and the person completely ignored me. Even though I had been waiting she skipped me and went to the next customer. She was working there at 2:00-2:30 pm on Sunday June 19, 2016. I tried to be nice and she didnt pay any attention to me at all. So I put the item down that I was about to purchase and photographed it and will order it on ebay. Every piece of equipment that I own was bought at Sears in 2008. No longer will I EVER BE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH SEARS until something is radically changed. That lady was very unkind and I dont treat people like that. I was about to buy a bunch of things but ended up leaving the store empty handed. It is that ladies fault if they go out of business. Goodbye Sears.

The local Sears delivery crew is a joke. They have NOT SHOWN UP three times now for a delivery. No call, no apology. Today when I called after they missed their window I was told their wasnt room on the truck for my item. MY DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR 845...they ran out of room for the second delivery? No one called to tell me either. I canceled my order and they offered me $500 in points if I would agree not to. They could have offered the item for free and at this point I wouldnt have taken it. They have wasted my last three Saturdays and will never get business from me again. Oh and dont bother calling customer service. Theyre in India and barely speak English. No wonder Sears and Kmart are tanking.

I bought a mower with extended warranty here. It was a terrible piece of equipment, broke in many ways within the first season, wouldnt even start by the second season. I turned it in for repair and was told I would have it back in 5-7 business days. 3 months later they still havent even shipped it back. Sears is not an American company any more. Every service rep is in some foreign country and barely speaks English. I sent an email to corp headquarters and was given a 10% off coupon. Laughable. I will never buy anything from Sears again. Sad that this American icon has devolved to this. I rarely post anything negative about any company but Sears deserves this and more. Do not shop at Sears.

I would highly NOT recommend sears to come out to your home. We recently had them come to our home to redo our siding and skirting. Moral of the story the installers done things they were not suppose and made things much worse. They reframed my front door and left a huge gap underneath my front door. After the rain we had needless to say it flooded my living room. My husband had just got done laying new flooring down in the living room. So now my living room flooring is warped. They failed to put my glass door back on because now it wont fit. They didnt pick up their garbage or any of the nails. Now nobody wants to return my calls.

Very frustrating. The sales associate tried very hard to help us make a purchase. Sears policies and store manager did everything to kill the sale. The associate bent over backwards to help us. On top of that the air conditioning was out on the weekend. Manager waited to have it fixed on Monday. It was 90 degrees upstairs on Sunday. I know why you are loosing market share and closing stores. You make it obvious you dont want stay in business. Sears was a good business but you have just about have put a stake in its heart.

We purchased a riding lawn mower from Sears and it took forever to get it to start. We have used it a total of two times and on the third try it is completely dead. Tried all the normal things to start it, charging the battery.... Etc, nothing worked. We called Sears and in no hurry we were given a date to have it looked at ( one month from now). What kind of service is this? What do we do in the time being? Purchase another mower, pay for someone to cut the yard? Never again Sears!

Horrible customer service! bought a craftsman pressure washer 2/8/17 had to take it back right after I bought it. Then took it back today and they wont exchange it or give me my money back, they told me to go to the authorized dealer which is 20 miles away. Then they actually told me if I wanted to buy another one they would give me 10% off......really?

Do you want a good laugh and better understand why this corporation is in the toilet? Try calling this Sears in Pensacola. NO ONE answers the phone. Try using the automated system. It guides you through to what department you want, THEN sends you to a number that no one answers. Priceless.

When you get a quote for ONE Air conditioning Unit between 14K-17K - yes that is $14,000.00 to $17,000.00 - for ONE UNIT - the sales men wont provide paper break down for quote and neither will the sears 800 number. What are you charging people ? Terrible just terrible .

While the sales were decent, they only had one register opened on the clothing side. That was frustrating...waiting. Then my items rung up incorrectly...ugh! More waiting, felt sorry for the people behind me.
