I was okey with tj max although I wasnt a big fan but than last Saturday happened. Basically there was these shoes which were very pretty so I bought it but after 2 days, they were ripping apart. The shoes were faulty because i barely wore it for 4 hrs and during that time, it cant possibly rip like that. I barely wore it but it ripped (probably bc it was old or something) so I wanted to exchange. Did I?? NO! They were like no you cant refund. Uhm excuse me. They shouldnt have sold those kind of shoes but probably they didnt know so I was like okey calm down. But they kept repeating you need the tags and receipt. I threw it away because I wanted the shoes. I mean if it fits and you love it than you want to keep it but of course I didnt know it would rip like that. And their attitude was horrible. I dont necessarily care that I didnt get a refund since I didnt bring the necessary items to refund but the employee and manager were rude and thats what made me quite upset. Disrespectful and rude.

I work and shop at TJMaxx. As an employee, I really enjoy my job and the people that I work with. I was hired on for the remodel and I must say that the updates have really taken the store to the next level. As a fan of the store for a long time now, I am so happy with the selection this store has to offer. When I am traveling, I like to stop at other TJmaxx locations and I must say this is the #1 store I have been to (I have been to stores as far as Texas) and I can promise you, if the selection was crappy...I would be the first to say it because I LOVE shopping!! My closet is full of clothes, purses, and scarves that I got at amazing prices. And my house is decorated through out with treasures I found at our TJMaxx. Thanks TJMaxx :)

Wife loves, so it wouldnt be fair for me to rate low just because I dont like shopping. When shopping I generally know what I want, go in the store, get it, then leave. Not easy to do at TJ Maxx. I went in yesterday and looked around, and there are some excellent clothes prices, but you have to be willing to carefully sort through many items on the rack to find just the right style, size, color etc. Too much work for me, but if you like shopping, especially bargain shopping, you may like shopping at this store.

One cashier bothered me a lot. She kept pressuring us to sign up for the tj maxx membership card although we said "not today". She was far too aggressive!! Moreover, we asked her if she could cut the tag with a scissor cause we were about to give the stuff we bought for our friend as his birthday gift. She could have kindly refused had it bothered her. Instead, what she did in that moment was she yanked the shirts price tag with a sour attitude.

I love the clean environment. I love the clear prices. I love the way the store is always bright. I love the clearance sales. I love the art and craft section because of their prices. I am a very good shopper and I compare prices before I purchase anything. I want my earned dollar to stretch and go a long way. If you are looking for home stuffs at unbeatable prices, you need to check out this store. 5 stars all the way!

Terrible selection of clothing! Most of their stuff looks like it came from some back alley knock off store in the Bronx or China. Seriously who is buying for these people? Growing up in Chicago I used to always buy most of my clothes from TJ Maxx in the suburbs because I remember them having great selection. Not so this store. And if you find a decent brand you will pay near full price for it.

I love tj max but every time I go in there. The jewlerly counter doesnt have much of a variety. I have been looking for the colonge Fendi for 2 years still havent been able to find it in there and there not much to select from there eigther. Lets do better in Clarksville.

This TJMaxx has the best prices, and its always a treat to browse! They constantly have new stock coming in and the staff are always attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the queue line gets quite long at times, but its still definitely not as long as in the Nashville or Franklin locations.

Great deals, kinda messy. employees are nice and helpful. Today I saw the store manager, a man, walk around talking to three different employees being rude and loud. What happened to that lady manager? I loved her. I just left. Couldnt bear to watch him embarrass another employee.

I love TJ Maxx. Visit one in every city I travel to. However, security was just too obvious here. I couldnt enjoy the store because he was everywhere. Come on, I know you were not buying a purse...it did not look good on you.

Im definitely a maxxionista all the way! This location has great staff and a wonderful selection of clothing which is always available at great prices without sacrificing any quality. Check back off in for new items regularly.

It has gotten a lot more organized and clean here lately, and its much easier to shop! You can find all kinds of stuff here and its fun to see different things all the time.

They have a decent enough selection, but why does everyone that works there, or shop there, seem perpetually grumpy? I dont get it.

Great place for household item way cheaper then anywhere else. Cloths are pretty cheap for name brand stuff.
