Went there on Friday to get a bag for my mother for Mothers Day. Walked in with another lady and she was greeted by a few loud hellos from the workers. I said hello and got a faint "hello" back. Brushed that off and started looking around. Saw a cute bag and picked it up to ask how much it was. Locked eyes with one lady and was about to ask BUT the worker next to her tapped her arm and they both looked away. I couldnt get any help after that. Was dressed nice since I was there on my lunch break from work with my MK on my shoulder. I will NEVERRRRR waste my time or money at this location. Neither will any if my friends or family. I have never been so insulted in my life. Your lose because I would of been a great customer to have.

I purchased a handbag and the strap broke twice. It was a final sale so I couldnt return or exchange it for a different handbag. To make matters worse, with the 2nd return I notice weeks later that the MK symbol that hangs from the bag was missing!! REALLY?! I might be wrong but the store manager whispered something in the sales associates ear before she went to the back to get another bag...Im thinking she told her to get that bag or to remove the MK symbol?? Then she tried to tell me not to put too much in the bag, blah, blah, blah. Im 50 yrs old and have been purchasing quality purses for a very long time and Ive never had this problem. Nevertheless, no more MK purchases for me!!!

Ive been here a few times & its always well staffed enough so youll always be able to find someone if you need help, but they dont hover. Good selection of handbags, better than the Pleasant Prarie location, IMO. I will say though, Ive accidentally walked out with a bag before & no one stopped us. It was well staffed & we didnt realize until we tried to walk into Off Saks 5th or something & the alarm (finally) went off.
