I have seen the other reviews and feel compelled to weigh in. This group is rude and condescending to the limit. I had to laugh when I saw the name Cassidy featured regularly in the negative reviews. I experienced all of the situations others have mentioned. I returned to the store at promised times to be told I wasnt able to pick up certain scripts as planned and would have to return either later in the day or at a day in the future. All of the issues for me involved pain medication. The first incident involved my attempt to pick something a day early before leaving town after I had been told it was ready . After I returned I was told Cassidy would not approve the medication a day early. After that the encounters involved me attempting to pick things up on the exact day they were to be filled only to have Cassidy tell me just because the doctor prescribed a certain dosage doesnt mean I should be taking it that way". The last straw was when she refused to fill a prescription that was due and told me SHE was tired of having to deal with ME every month and was refusing to refill any pain med prescriptions for me in the future. This was done over the counter with a line of people waiting. Nothing like being embarrassed in public by a condescending self-righteous person who obviously should not be dealing with the custumers who are keeping her gain fully employed. I had let this boil inside until I saw others had indeed had similiar confrontations. Thank you for listening. This format would not allow me to post the review without clicking on a star. My experiences however would lead me to click ZERO stars if that were possible.

Very humiliating experience with Cassidy at the pharmacy. I called twice, once to ask for a med and then two hours later to follow up on whether the status of the script. I was not pressuring--just inquiring, but I must have sounded as though I was being a pest. I asked to speak to Cassidy specifically because she had been the only one in the pharmacy I found both reliable and effective. Upon my second call, she was abrupt, scolding, and rushed me off the phone, saying "Im swamped, I have to go," and hung up with me in mid-sentence. I reported this incident to Corporate and to the store manager. That pharmacy is generally, in my experience, impersonal, ineffective, inconsistent, and gets their wires crossed frequently. Cassidy was the only individual there I felt I could rely on, and we have to use CVS or Caremark since my husbands company mandates it. I will, therefore, go through the mail order. I am not used to feeling humiliated or being spoken to in that immature manner. I am also a healthcare provider, and much of healthcare is customer service. I would counsel finding a different pharmacy.

Whoa, reading some harsh reviews. My insurance also goes through CVS. There is one pharmacy tech that is kinda rude but I think she doesnt even realize it. Recently I was waiting in line with 2 people off to the side clearly waiting for scripts to be filled. I was the only one at the counter. Instead of helping me or even addressing me to say Ill be right with you she just ignored me and then when she had one of those scripts ready she came to the register and acted like I had cut in line or something. It was weird. That type of awkward scenario has happened several times with that individual but everyone else Ive dealt with at this CVS has been nice and courteous. The couple Pharmacists Ive dealt with have been good. And they fill my scripts fast. Dont be deterred by the other bad reviews. This location isnt perfect but they certainly arent that bad and I feel just fine about getting all my prescriptions filled here.

Had a horrible experience. Monica - cashier was very rude. She was very harsh with her tone and insulted me during our check out. She also knew nothing about their store policy. She got all riled up because she couldnt answer a simple question about their store policy. She is not a people person and shouldnt be working in a customer interfacing position. I know everybody has a bad day, but there is no reason to act irrationally with a paying customer. I hope to never come into contact again with a person of her caliber. My whole store experienced was ruined.

I give this pharmacy 5 thumbs down I was there three times to get my script they said they had enough after wasting plenty of gas and returning my previous visit I asked if the pharmacy tech said they where guaranteed to have it in an hour I return and they dont have the script I mean u could check before making people waste gas.. now Im real sick and dont have the meds to get rid of my illness so it continues to get worse day by day.

My employers medical plan forced us to CVS and it is a complete nightmare. There is 1 decent pharmacist, the rest of the staff is flat out terrible. They cannot think and are borderline rude. Customer service? Not at this store. If you have to use CVS for your meds, stay away from this one, it is where all the rejects work.

Wow a lot of negative reviews.. I dont know if I am lucky or what, but I have never had a bad experience at the pharmacy or at the cash registers... I prefer to go here than Walgreens now.
