I am giving two starts since the head pharmacist was the only one in the pharmacy who knows what she is doing . I am a very Ill person I went to get my refills doctor insurance approved today. They were called in by my dr. Well once I got here no one in the pharmacy had a clue asking me very personal questions that had nothing to do with my order. Instead of admitting that they never even tried to fill my order they thought it be funny to make snide remarks and try and dumb me down. I along with a few other customers one that walked out were disgusted at their behaviour. I have never experienced this type of issue before . Its sad because the rest of the part of Walgreens including the manager are very pleasant . It just seems besides the head pharmacist they are not organized at all. They definitely also need to work on keeping their personal thoughts to themselves, and stick to being professional.

Sitting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes. Im pretty sure they filled the persons prescription in front of me while they waited while mine was ready to be picked up.
