If I could give this Walgreens zero stars I would have. The store itself is not that bad, the problem is the people in the pharmacy are probably the rudest people I have ever met. This seems to come from the top as the people that are running the pharmacy seem to be very very rude that treats her employees with zero respect, which then cascades to the customers. I have run many large businesses and have always tried to focus on service as the key ingredient to success. One thing that is clear is if you have a bad employee it can taint the entire team and this person needs to be removed to fix the problem. If I was Walgreens execs I would take a close look at this pharmacy and talk to the employees to understand why they are treating the customers so poorly. This can be fixed, and I hope Walgreens takes the time to realize that the poor attitude and poor service is causing their business problems and will continue to cause them problems in to the future.

This is the worst place to get a prescription filled. The internet connection is down all the time. I went to pick up my meds and wait in line for ten minutes just to be told that they cant confirm my insurance because there internet connection was down and it goes down anywhere from 10 minute to two hrs and to come back later or maybe tomorrow. Plus the people behind the counter were rude and acted like we were inconvenience them. Who can you run a pharmacy and not spend the money to get a good internet connection. The Walgreens brand is going downhill the people act there act like we should fill privilege to have them wait on us. I have left and had my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy and will never go back their again.

INCREDIBLY poor customer service! The pharmacy staff is rude, and difficult to understand over the phone. I called a half hour ahead for a prescription that comes pre-packaged and when I arrived was told that it wasnt due to be ready until an hour and a half after I originally called! When asked the pharmacy tech told me I would need to wait another twenty minutes so that she could print a label?!? HORRIBLE LOCATION

I also have repeatedly been spoken to as a nuisance rather than a respected, necessary costumer, that the pharmacy makes their money from. Unfortunately, the next closest Walgreens is even a longer wait, and just as rude. What a shame none of the corporate management cares enough about customer satisfaction to be bothered to read these reviews.

I waited for almost 10 minutes at the drive thru after I was told it eould be just a "couple minutes". When I buzzed the tech again, she RUDELY said it would be a few minutes. Needless to say, I left. Do not patronize this pharmacy.

This Walgreen features a disgustingly dirty bathroom. i pointed it out to the manager who said that it just gets dirty right away from customers, but they havent cleaned that bathroom and months, maybe Half a year
