The young employees are awful. I waited to drop off a prescription for 15 minutes while 3 of them were standing around talking. When I finally got their attention they tall blonde girl rolled her eyes at me and acted as if interrupting their conversation was the worst thing I can do. Another experience I had was with a short girl with brown hair who was also very rude. I recommend going anywhere but here. They are very unprofessional and this is coming from me, a 21 year old student

This pharmacy and its staff have improved drastically in the recent years. Dropping off a prescription and filling times are shorter than before. It seems like they have a new pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working.... The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and respective when answering my questions about prescriptions and other medications. I have had many pleasant experiences at this CVS and continue to have it as my preferred pharmacy.

There were 5 people at the pharmacy and they were not able to refill my prescription within 2 hours. I explained that I am out and the pharmacist was not able to help out. The pharmacist is subpar and needs to work on being more efficient with her time. Terrible! I went to the Walgreens on Golf and AH Rd and they filled my prescription within 20 min!

The very worst pharmacy Iv ever been to!!! They think there the pharmacy police!! A bunch of kids who have allowed there little amount of power to go to there heads!! If not for there government contracts they Id be out of business yesterday!! I will never shop there again!! Im having my scripts changed over today!! Zero stars!!!

In my experience employees here have always been polite and have helped me promptly. In addition, when Ive had problems with the insurance company or dosage theyve gone the extra mile to help me out. Ive never lived in a small town, but this is the kind of service I would imagine from the local pharmacist in a small rural town.

The cashier Elizabeth was very rude and mean to me. She was not helpful. If someone doesnt understand she have to be patient with them and help them, instead she was giving me an attitude and was being very rude. I have to think twice before coming there..!!

If you want unorganized morons with about as much customer service skills and patience as competence handling your prescriptions, 100% recommend CVS pharmacy. Like, any of them across the country. All about as stellar as a pile of roadkill.

The incompetence is mind blowing. I drop off my prescription and wrote down "brand only". They fill it with generic. Then on top of it, they didnt run it through insurance! I got my prescription back and went to Walgreens. Never again CVS.

These happened a few months ago. The Indian lady who worked in the front was not so nice and the guy with a lot of tattoo was rude as well. I called customer service about the matter and hoping they will do something about it.

The staff there is really mean. Especially the lady named Elizabeth. She is not cooperative at all. Whenever I visit there and if she is there she always acts rudely. Thats the reason I do not like to shop at this CVS
