Do not go to this clinic. The first time I went, they were a bit busy and one of the people working the clinic was taking patient histories in the waiting room, which violates HIPAA. I work in the medical field and thats a huge no-no. I was asked what I was there for, if Im possibly pregnant, and when my last period was in front of a room full of people, all of which I refused to answer. The second time I went only because my doctor didnt have any appointments open that day and I felt terrible. I had so much sinus pressure and knew I had a sinus infection, I just needed some antibiotics. I was on the waiting list before the "physicians" break, waited for 20 minutes, she came out and told me to come back in an hour because shes going on break. Fine. Whatever. She saw me an hour later, but was very rude and condescending. She then told me Im wrong, I dont have a sinus infection, just the common cold and hurried me out the door. I ended up at my regular doctors the next day because, clearly, that "physician" had no idea what she was talking about. I had a full-blown sinus infection and viral pneumonia. Waste of a co-payment.

Had my dr call in my RX here since it is close to my work. called right as the RX was being sent over. The pharmacy told me it would be an hour and a half. I called two hours later to make sure and she didnt even process my RX yet! I really need these damn eye drops sooner than later and they really. As I was on the phone the pharmacist told me that no one said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I guess i am lying over eye drops. Unreal! DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS. The pharmacist was so rude and not helpful.

Took my young child to care clinic filled out all the info was on the list to be seen on the screen it said her lunch break was after my daughter we waited 30 minutes she came out and refused to see her and said she was going to lunch. we waited 30 minutes and she just decided she was going on lunch, leaving my sick child unseen. I would recommend the jewel across the street. they were super nice and quick. dont bring youre children to walgreens I found it ridiculous to do that to us

Went early - 7.30am-ish. Understandably there were few employees (two maybe). One was sitting on the floor stocking shelves, the other at the photo counter/register area. The store has a very strange layout. It was fine, but definitely one of my less enjoyable Walgreens experiences. At least Geoffrey doesnt work here - it is a wonder that kid still has a job.

I will never come back to this specific Walgreens!! , when Im looking for help nobody is around , Managers are so unprofessional never acknowledges you or ask if u need anything, they always take there time at the point of Chek out long lines terrible timing.

One of the best walgreens ive been to and the staff really care about your needs. Management seems great. I thank them everytime before I leave and fill out a survey. This walgreens has all of their ducks in a row and good ppl.... What else can you ask for?

I went into this store because I needed a passport photo taken.They told me that their camera was stolen and the earliest time I could do it was after 2:oop.m.That is when I left the store. After I left the store I couldnt believe what they just told me.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to they are continuously slow. Drive up takes at least 20 minutes, then they dont have the prescription ready next day, you call then they put you on hold. Will start taking my business to CVS.

Bye Bye Walgreens. Always an excuse why prescriptions are not ready, and the people working there are not customer friendly. Found a great little pharmacy in downtown Westmont. Very helpful people.

VERY slow pharmacy drive through! It has been a painfully long wait at times. Seems better when you walk in, but honestly, who wants to get out of the car when you have a sick little one in tow.
