I am looking right now at schedule and its says "Walgreens Store Des Plaines 17 W Golf Rd Des Plaines, IL 60016 Open today 8:00 am – 10:00 pm" however at 9:10 its closed. Very bad services, we struggle to get the medication on time, but the staff doesnt call the insurance for right now 4 days delayed, tomorrow is the 5th day, then next month when we have to pick up the medication they say, it is to early by the same date, even so the delays are caused by pharmacy employees. The charge for medication is the highest and not accepting coupons. DO not buy from this store, it is worth closing it.

David who works at the customer service desk did not want to take my items back.He said "I can only take them back for store credit" I am asking "why?" Since i paid cash? He was not able to give me an answer he was keep saying only store credit.What a bad experince at Walgreens people like him should be fired rightaway. Walgreens used to be a nice store but not anymore.
