Been there weekly for past three months and its always the same - cant find my doctor orders until they look in the paper stack behind them, nobody greets us or smiles, something wasnt ordered, workers avoid eye contact with you, then go take their lunch (very understaffed). Today, I waited for 45 minutes to pick up items that I had called ahead on, were set aside for me, and all I had to do was sign. My husband and I usually play rock/paper/scissors on who has to go in each week. He usually goes anyway because he cant stand to see me wait in line in pain that long. Its really hard to believe theyre affiliated with Mayo because Ive had nothing but wonderful customer service experiences at their hospitals and clinics

Fast and friendly pharmacy service! The average is a 15 min wait time. Drive through service makes it so you can easily pick up your meds and go! They have tons of home medical and bandaging supplies, walkers, reclining chairs that also lift you to a standing position and more. They have the most home medical supplies or of all of the Mayo Pharmacies, and can even bill your insurance for some of the supplies!

I think they should have more people working in the equipment department. I had a hard time getting in to get fitted for Ted socks. Once I got in the people are marvelous. I couldnt have asked for nicer and more compassionate people. I have turned alot of people there for their needs. Keep up the good work!

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff & frequently in/out with quick smiling service; the few things they dont carry they order or know where you can get at a reasonable price for the item; the things they sell are price comparable to most super stores if not cheaper!
