Still battling. DeWayne the pharmacy manager is rude, combative,deceitful, and beyond disrespectful. A error in the rite aid system has my prescription being filled at multiple rite aids and different pharmacies. After 2 separate incidents over the same issue all with a months time. Both times I was lied to over the fault of issue, while letting Dwayne explain his story changed multiple times. At which im told why do you even need this med HEY DWAYNE DO YOU ASK A HEART PATIENT WHY HE NEEDS HIS HEART PILLS?Despite several witness hearing his deception and unprofessionalism he claims I challenge his integrity. (Just a tip dwayne dont give people a reason to doubt you, and they want question your integrity)After all this Dwayne keeps telling me cant get meds filled. I transfer my meds and file complaints, now I (72 hours later from incident and 2 weeks without meds)get text saying meds I have been out of for weeks are filled there. Which again goes against everything Ive been told by here for the last 2 weeks. Not to mention rite aid shouldnt have anything to do with my meds since I transferred to CVS 48 hours ago. On top of this I find out after calling around rite aid system has my meds filled at multiple other stores. Computer errors and the rudest lying pharmacy manager (DeWayne) ever.
