I was searching for something that I was having a hard time finding so I found a man who appeared to be a Hyvee worker but I was not certain as his name tag did not say Hyvee that I could see (I think his name was Tony or something like that). So I asked him if he worked there and the response was very rude and condescending "Ah, last time I checked yeah." To which I replied, sorry I wasnt sure if you did or not and he shook his head and rolled his eyes so I chose to just walk away instead. He obviously needs a review on the "smile in every aisle policy". Ridiculous.

This Hyvee drug is the worst. I come here constantly because its so close but they are constantly out of stuff, constantly. The bread/kings Hawaiian rolls are ALWAYS stale. The ready to eat Chinese and prepared meals are atrocious. My husband would probably rather eat canned dog food. Heres the worst. Almost every teenager is friendly but all the adults, especially the managers are incredibly rude. How are teenagers better mannered then these adults. Its a night and day difference.

In two separate occasions Ive come here a few minutes BEFORE they closed and once had a woman lock the door in my face and on a second occasion the same woman shook her head and refused to let me run in to buy toilet paper. The second time was a few minutes before ten and my husband even asked because the open sign was on. She refused to let me in and again locked us out, then had to unlock the door to let another shopper out. Drive over to Walgreens instead.

I feel like a drug store is a quick stop shop but each time I give this drugstore a chance, it usually would have been quicker to go out of my way and go to a Hy-Vee Grocery store. Checkout takes a long time and this Hy-Vee has some workers that arent friendly.

The day crew is always so nice and helpful to this busy Mom of three. My kids would like more of a selection of muffins again ;) I always find great fuel saver deals. IM just not a big fan of the fresh fruits and vegetables available.

Excellent environment..Very busy..Must calculate as you get there for parking spot& while in store..The employees are very helpful because they know its very busy..The neighborhood has been growing for over 5 yrs
