They are busy, which most. The reason I did not give 1 star is because the pharmacist I always see is great. There was an instance today where one of the staff members got upset with me on the phone because she said she had 10 calls to make. I was not pressuring anything, but I have the tendency to ask a lot of questions (part of being an engineer). There was no need to be rude to a customer. I would have accepted we are busy right now, can we can back to you. Or something else. Like I said, I really like the Pharmacist, but the staff needs a little training on controlling their anger.

Amazing service. There is one lady in particular who can seem cold and distant at times but everyone else is super friendly and fast. Glad Im getting my prescriptions filled here and will continue to do so!

We had to make a special trip back to the pharmacy today because my prescription was shorted by 11 pills. Going to start counting our pills before we leave the pharmacy. Nobody apologized for the mistake.
