So far Ive bought three firearms from Luke and the crew. Everybody is so nice and very helpful as I try to advance from novice to intermediate. They helped me with selection and reassembling my pistol properly. I learn something everytime I go in the store. No pressure. Very comfortable place.

I give most of my business to this shop and they deserve it. Impeccable customer service, quality and atmosphere; General has what you need. Very reasonable prices and theres a lot of history there. These guys know their craft and it shows in the experience you get when you shop there.

My negative review was deleted, so here it is again - the owner was rude. If you dont want to do any work within 30 minutes of closing, dont be open! And the hours of 9-5, only open when most other people are at work...Ill go someplace that can sell or transfer a gun at 6 or 7pm.
