I ordered shirts for a club at my school. the design was simple, and I had papers to show exactly how I wanted things. One of the word in the design was supposed to have flames coming off of it. When I picked up my order (days later than I was quoted) The flames looked like wings. Needless to say other members were disappointed in the design as was I. As far as the service I received, the owner was rude and very unprofessional, and he treated me like I was an idiot. There was no one in the front to greet me, so I aimlessly wandered about until I finally found myself in the back room where everyone was. The other employees were all right, but were unable to do anything wihout asking their tyrant of a boss.

I gave Mike a huge order for our clothing for our company. It was a complicated one, with names on each shirt, lots of different styles and sizes. He got everything right! He packaged it up with each employees items bundled together, numbered the boxes so we knew which box each employees items were in... Very impressive. And the logo design that he came up with for us has impressed even our former vendor for monogramming... Thanks Mike!

We have used Fleet Feet for many years with our Altoona Backcourt Club orders. They get the orders done fast, with minimal cost. The only mix ups is always on our end with a coach giving us wrong name spellings. I would use them whenever you can.
