Visited the Sephora inside of jcpenny in Brookfield mall on Sunday the 26th of Feb at 2:00 walked in stood around for 10 minutes while waiting a employee to help but instead 2 out if the 3 representatives were taking selfies as we just sat there and watched them as it was very clear we were looking. The only person that helped us was the employee Maggie that was working and she couldnt help us before because she was helping another customer the other two employees were a male and a female and it was disappointing
