My first and last time at this JC Penney Sephora. I went to return a purchase I made online and the two employees had absolutely no idea how to do it even though I had my receipt and packing slip. 25 minutes later they refunded me the incorrect amount. Extremely rude customer service. Sephora is usually awesome but avoid this location!
