WOW! What isnt great about this place?! The staff all know tons about animals (i.e. food to buy, toys preferred for your pet, behavior issues/info., etc. ). They freely give you many, many samples of pet food, chews, coupons/$$ off "Mud Bay Bucks", etc. I had a question about what type of cat food to give my finicky kitty and the gal went over to the canned food section and started telling me about the different types of food and trying to match them to the tastes of my kitty. I went in ready to spend a huge amount of money on my pets but walked out with 3-4 full size cans of cat food (off their shelf), 5-6 different "kibble"-like puppy food and a chew for my older dog, not to mention a $2 or $3 off "bucks" coupon next purchase, ALL FREE!!! Great staff! All great products! Plus, the best thing of all: I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHERE ITS MADE/FROM (like I dont buy anything from China), because the ONLY products that they sell have all been checked out, from safe countries and its usually USA whenever possible. The return policy is AWESOME too! Thank you Mud Bay! We needed a store like you around here!!

A lot of healthy food varieties for pets with lots of information provided for all of their products. The price was also better than other alternative stores! The staff was also very nice, offering answers to any question I might have had.

Excellent. What a pet store should be. They dont sell animals but have a great selection of cat and dog food and supplies. Bring your pooch or kitty and let them pick out a toy or treats while you stock up on affordable quality chow.

Excellent high-end dog food and treats store. Also have a good selection of toys. Dog related items for gifts. Knowledgeable staff good hours and clean store. And of course dogs are welcome here! I think they might have cat food too

I love taking my dog Lizzy to Mud Bay. She loves getting to sample all the treats and food here.There is great out door doggie stuff you might need for hiking, camping, ect. Great friendly staff!
