I went in, my first time, for two products (neither of them flea prevention). I mentioned what I was using to fight fleas (a reputable product, chosen after much research, that is the only one Ive found to work.) The owner began lecturing me and talking down me. She knows NOTHING about my dog, the other products Ive tried, or the other animals in my home. It would seem she opened a store, not to provide products, but to peach to all of us idiots that think differently than her. She is the antithesis of Kristen at Sellwood Natural Pet Solutions (kind,, inquisitive, helpful).

These guys are great. They really care about the animals and are knowledgeable about products and animal care. They have spent hours talking with me and discussing training, feeding and overall health and well-being options for my dogs. II have witnessed them doing the same thing for every customer who comes in with a question. I am so glad to have such a resource as my local pet store. I dont buy feed or get my dog groomed anywhere else.

I love this place! So helpful and knowledgeable! I have friends who love the doggie groomer too. While Ive never had my pups groomed there, I hear that the women who work with the animals are so kind and patient. I cant say enough great things about this store! My dogs, Henry and Roxi approve!

Owner is A pretentious overbearing liberal knit wit.. She was terribly rude to me and my friend my pup. Truly obnoxious know it all, but really shes relatively low on the intelligence rating. She needs a good psychiatrist. I would never ever shop there.
