I am all for recycled items made locally and will try my best to support Oregon businesses. I ordered a dog collar and later returned it. But they only offered me store credit even though I had a receipt. Also the store credit expires after a year which is pretty weak. I looked on the website and didnt see anything about not getting a refund. Another item I selected local pickup but they shipped it to me instead. The item got lost and they told me I have to go to the post office to figure it out. Made me feel like they think I was lying about not receiving the item.

I love this company and their products. The tire tube collars are the only collars I will get for my dogs. My dog might smell like a wet sling after a day at the lake but her collar will be odorless. I love it and highly recommend, especially for dogs who love the water
