I agree that the negative comments are out of line. The people in this store are always helpful and if they dont carry something, they always offer to order it. They call me when my cats food comes in (he has IBD and can only eat one food). They know his situation and always ask how hes doing. If someone is treating you badly, maybe its YOU. Try being a little nicer. Working in a pet store with demanding Lake Oswego matrons and their rotten little accessory pets has got to SUCK.

Staff has always been very helpful to me! I have a special needs Boston and the staff suggested, and gave me five different samples, for me (my Boston) to try for allergies, taste, etc. I was very pleased with their attention to my special needs and returned for my purchase of a food that is not carried any where else that I have been able to find with the exception of the over priced vet foods. Just call and ask a question and listen to how they thoroughly answer it. That tells you everything. Super perky and knowledgeable. Always awesome when you can shop local and feel the difference. They also carry raw foods that I personally believe our closer to what my dog needs. Those huge big box stores dont even try.
