Second Nature is the best place I have found to get good, healthy cat and dog food. They also have some great cat litter (I highly recommend the Integrity Natural Wheat). I have been going here for over a year and have gotten nothing but wonderful service. The owner is very knowledgeable about her products and is always quite helpful. She also has samples of many of her products if youre not sure what to buy. If you want to keep your cats and dogs healthy and support local business, this is the place to go. Dont be alarmed if you see a huge brown lab when you walk in; thats Brody, and hes very friendly. He wont jump on you, but he may play tug-of-war with you if you grab one of his toys from the basket in the room opposite the register.

Ive seen this place for years, and finally stopped in for a visit. Come to find out the dog and cat food that I bought has no grains and very healthy dog/cat food. My dog seems to have a spring in her step. They even said that if you animal does not like it to bring it back and they would swap it out for another kind. Great people and the prices are reasonable. The one thing I remember is they said that the food I buy normally is like feeding humans hamburgers all day long. Give it try you wont regret the decision!

LOVE SECOND NATURE! Each visit I am happily greeted at the door by a very charming and handsome chocolate lab named Brody — what a heart thief! Last time, as I gathered my dog and cats food of choice Brody wanted to show me where the BEST treats are. He signaled with rapid tail wagging and eager, purposeful nose nudging — adorable! The owner is very nice and always willing to help. She will special order anything immediately of she doesnt have it, and she is very knowledgeable able her product. Ive switched food for my dog and cat a few times trying to find their balance and she gives me several samples to try it out first so I dont have to buy a whole bag. Also, one time, she was out of my cats food so she gave me samples to tide me over until she got it in. Definitely check her.

This is the only place I get my dog and my cats supplies. This place is amazing and the staff is knowledgeable about the brands they sell which all are excellent. Also, the staff is wonderful people, gentle, kind and funny. I enjoy going over and having a brief chat as I select the products I need. I feel at ease knowing my fur babies will be taken care off with the best foods and treats there is. A++++

I stopped in today for first time and have to say I am very impressed. The owner is fantastic, very genuine and such a great lady. I will definitely go back there again. Food is all natural and my cat loves it. Please support this local business and help them succeed. They are a great business and just what Gresham needs.

Great little place! Our corgi has food allergies and finding a dog food that had no brown rice or flax seed in it was difficult. Fortunately, they carry Evangers dog food (sweet potato and white fish specifically). He loves it and we havent been to a different pet supply place since!

This is usually where I go to buy goodies for my two kitties. The owner is very kind and she and I usually spend 20 minutes just catching up on how our animals are doing. She is able to order what ever you need. Reasonable pricing for the same items that cost more to buy in Portland!
