There is no better customer service than Burns Feed Store . I bought a traeger grill at Burns and it had an issue and they bent over backwards to take care of the problem . Troy who is the traeger guy at Burns Feed is awesome . He even drove to my house to take care of the issue. (30 mins away ) . I talked to Troy this morning and he came out this morning . NOW thats customer service. Burns Feed store is the only place I will buy all my traeger pellets and accessories . Not to mention they have the best prices anyways. Its really nice to see a business with such top notch customer service. I will recommend Burns Feeds store to everyone. Thanks Troy and Burns Feed for all your hard work and awesome customer service. The best for everything, they care, they are knowledgeable, the owner is perfectly suited to his career, he is helpful and interested, they have reasonable prices, they make an effort to sincerely help. I will be a loyal customer there...also they have a great return policy, theyre polite, courteous, and its such a cute place, I love the genuine country feel. I could spend hours in there. I will never return to Orchards Feed in WA, so I will drive to Burns instead. I would rather drive further and be treated with respect by staff who seem to care about my pets....than to drive a few miles away and be treated like #&*(#)@(*.

What I love about them most is that they are always there to help, offer a suggestion or answer a question with a smile. They are a family run business and their appreciation for their customers show. The entire staff is great and very knowledgeable! I love shopping at Burns Feed Store and I bet you will too!

Super helpful and friendly staff. Huge inventory for pets and outdoor animals. Loved all the choices. Bought a bale of hay and the guys loaded it into my trunk with a bit of wiggling to get it in. Gave it a funny look as I could see they were impressed that it fit and wondered if it would ever come out again (it did). Will definitely make this my new feed store.

Burns has the best customer service! Every single staff member is very friendly, great selection on animal products, prices are great and it is very easy to get any heavy items such as hay and feed (dont even have to move your car). Great place!
