Emy is beyond spectacular! She is patient, she listens she takes the time to help you with whatever you need. I used to be the assistant manager of $1 million store at Bellevue Square she is someone I wouldve recruited but there is no way I wouldve taken her from our animals we need her. I sincerely hope the people at Mud Bay understand the incredible woman they have working for them. Ive been in several times Emy and Erin are the best hands down!!!!!! You need to have the two of them train the other employees!!!! Thank you so much Emy you are so appreciated!!!! Serena

I just LOVE this Pet Store, where your Animals are treated like royalty. They encourage you to bring in your pets to sample the food before buying it, to make sure both your pet and you are happy customers! They even gave me a Wecome card and a $5 coupon for my next shopping trip! Great people with special care and great knowledge about products they sell. The selection is plentisome! I feed my Dog grain free food, and they have a wonderful selection and variety. Oh, and the precious clothing... too cute! Cant say enough about my "New" favorite Pet Food and supplies Store!

I have been a Mud Bay customer for all 4 years that I have had my dog. Their prices are consistently increasing for the same bag of dog food! I was used to paying around $50 for a bag of Prairie brand Venison Medley food. Today my wife went back for another bag, and we paid $70 AFTER a $5 off coupon! This same brand of food is sold elsewhere in our area for significantly less. Dont be the next person to help pay for their new mortgage, these prices are just silly!

There are other places to get pet food and supplies, but Mud Bay is the only true quality chain I want to go to. The staff are no nonsense people, who understand both the excellence of the most expensive food, and how to feed your pets when on a more restricted budget. Not to mention, but none of the foods contain meat by-products, so it is possible to get only good foods by just price shopping.

Thank you Mud Bay Bothell for doing good deeds. Thank you so much for finding and saving my diamond ring for me! I lost it the day before, and was so disappointed until I retraced my steps back to Mud Bay, and they had my diamond ring. I am pleased with the honesty and integrity of the staff. And my kitty loves her food.

We come here for all of your Dogs needs. Even though they might cost a dollar or so then the main chains, I do it because it supports your community. Every time we come in they are always helpful and are very knowledgable about the best dog food for the breed.
