I love this place! When I first got my cat at the humane society, they gave me some coupons to here. I lived just down the street so I thought I would give it a try! My cat was being a fussy eater at first, and I asked the lady what she recommended, and to my surprise, she gave me over 10 sample bags of food to take home to my hungry little kitty! One time I came in last minute after I had ran out of food for him, and they were out of stock of the food that we had finally settled on, and I didnt know what to do, as I had no food to feed him that night. So she gave me 3-4 sample bags of food to get me through the next few days until it was in stock again. I simply cannot say enough how much that meant to me! The customer service here is above and beyond all of my retail expectations. Almost gives you the feeling of an old timey store down the street feel, where they really cater to customer service.

The staff is kind and helpful, and the layout of the store is very dog-friendly--wide open aisles so you dont feel like you and canine are bumping into everything. The food selection is good, and youll see lots of beds and accessories too. I cant say the prices are the best, but if youre looking for quality its here. The store is easy to find and has parking directly out front.

I usually go to Mud Bay at home in Mill Creek but my dogs were out of food so I stopped in to the Overlake location on my lunch... I was surprised by the poor customer service I received here. I will not return to this location again.
