I prepaid for an item at this store. A month went by with no follow up. I was originally told it was backordered. When I called to check in. I was told it was discontinued. I went to another store saw it on their shelves. I bought it and they told me it wasnt discontinued. Today the other store had 2 more on their shelf. I bought the last one so it had been restocked. I called corporate to get my receipt info. I misplaced my original this went smoothly. They were helpful and very nice. I asked corporate if the item was discontinued they said no. When I gave this feedback the assistant manager named Liz . She was unapologetic and said yes it is. I told her that it was bad customer service to not call when someone prepays and then to find it not in fact discontinued is bad. She said she called I have a full time receptionist and didnt receive a call. Also the item is not discontinued according to two separate employees. The other store said she didnt know what she was talking about. She said oh I doubt that. She said Im done talking about this to you. I told her that this service was not good. She told me I think I know more than you. I wont go back to this store. The other stores are Great! I understand mistakes happen but her attitude was not a mistake.

I have been shopping with Cosmo prof since I became a professional Esthetician. I personally thought it was Amazing. But recently I made a purchase on a very expensive product and I asked exactly how they would use the product for the best out come. So when I finally came home and tried it on a family member the out come was not so great. I ended up calling to speak to them about the product asking for an exchange knowing the store policy, the first lady was extremely rude and at first said it will be ok to bring it back for an exchange then asked how I used the product, I told her then she said because I used it wrong they cant exchange it. Then the manager said she wouldnt exchange it because then she would lose her license do to wrong correction of application. I will be speaking with the district manager as well. I personally think that for them being such quote on quote "Professionals" they would give out the correct way to use product. The attitudes are horrible and they act as if they are high royalty, when theyre really behind the counter retail sales that really have no idea what theyre talking about.
