Recently switched my dogs prescription to here from the Silvdale location. Their automated system is terrible. How the hell is anyone with dogs or children supposed to use voice commands? After the first attempt didnt work because of noisy dogs, I locked myself in the garage alone to try again and all 3 times I called back to try, it added in a bunch of ones to the prescription number or cut out a bunch of the numbers (even though I was entering it on my phone and it was showing up correctly on my phone.) So I called 4 times this morning just to ask for a refill and now I have to wait until a pharmacist gets there to do it with them.
