Right off the bat, the security guard wanted me to give him $150 cash for showing up an hour early. I am not making this up it happened at 04:00 on August 23. When I told him I didnt have that only a check. he let me come in slid wheels all the way to and open up my door and cut the seal. Then after smelling strong marijuana odor coming from the guard shack. And them laughing maniacally,.went to put the trailer in the door,The docks are very tight!hold in your mirrors or somebody will take them off. walked back down to 16 to check in. Lady was nice enough. Went back down to door 64 checked in with the lumber nice enough, $94 for four pallets to their credit only took him three hours. I hope I dont come up positive on a whiz quiz test for a contact high. How they can keep letting all the stoners work and shaking the truck drivers down for money is amazing. Stay away if you can

Guard man is awesome he makes sure for sure it doesnt become a mad house with all the trucks, hes here right at 1900 you gotta get here early though, park on the street, walk up to the guard shack and he will walk you through everything.. Not to tight at all typical warehouse in another city

CAN PARK ON STREET. AFTER TURN ON 15TH FOLLOW ALL THE WAY TO LEFT CURVE IN ROAD APPROXIMATELY 4 TENTHS OF A MILE. SUPER VALU ON LEFT HAND SIDE. 370 LUMPER FEE !! DOCKS REAL TIGHT WATCH YOU DONT TAKE OFF OTHER TRUCKS TRAILER DOOR WHEN BACKING IN DOCK.

Unbelievabley incompetent. Place reeks of marijuana smoke. Pretty sure the staff spend more time getting high then working. I cant believe these people think they deserve a mandated $15 dollar hr wage. 5 hrs to unload and receive 3 skids.

Nice people but took 6 hours to unload, very tight docks, will not go back. You need to park on the road while you wait for a door until they call you. Make sure they got your phone number right.

Spaces are so small on doors 53-64 that you back in perfectly square to the spot and your trailer doors are rubbing against the guys doors next to you. Had to fold in mirror just to open my door.

A total disgrace!!!!! Security is rude and employees are stuck on stupid!!! 4am appointment and still here after 10am waiting to get unloaded after paying $189!!!!

Can be a little hard to spot. Some of the docks can be a little tricky to back into. Took me six hours to get offloaded. Lumbers and office staff are friendly.

This place sucks! Finally checked me in 2 hours after my appointment time. Been here 4 hours to unload 3 pallets. Docks are way too tight. Avoid this place.

Gate guards very helpful. After getting in the check in procedure very slow in the building. Otherwise there are worse places to unload.

Dont try to open your hood here, its not a truck stop. How are you supposed to do a pre trip after they take forever unloading?

Took 15 hours once to unload, but since they were not even started i just asked them for my paperwork and i left.

Slow as hell, and extremely tight. Bring a couple of spotters and a jar of Vaseline. Youll need it.
