5/13/16 I got 3 piercings done by Megan. I got my septum and dahlias pierced. She pierced my septum incorrectly at an angle and too low, it was not in my sweet spot and it bled like crazy and is not suppose to do that. The jewelry for that is suppose to hang and instead it lifted up towards the tip of my nose and would stay there. She then thought it was the wrong size jewelry and then came back 2 days later and switched it for different jewelry, you are not suppose to do that. The dahlias she did were not even, and she didnt use the proper jewelry, she first used a flat back you are not suppose to use those so she had to take that out because it was imbedding into cheek. She spent Id say 15 minutes trying to get the ball off to then insert an eyebrow ring into my cheek again not the proper jewelry. I took those out the next day because it was pierced in the wrong spot not evenly and hurt really bad and those started embedding as well. I went to see a professional piercer to have it looked at they said it was all done incorrectly and to remove the septum piercing. She came to my home to do these piercings. Her equipment was not sterilized with an onclave, she pulled out first aid wipes that help prevent infections it does not sterilize the equipment to prevent transmission of diseases like hepatitis. She began wiping down the clamps and jewelry with those first aid wipes before incorrectly piercing me. She is very unproffesional not licensed and not trained in what she is doing. I was recommended by a trained licensed professional piercer that I go get tested for diseases. I payed $30 for these piercings, I then asked her for my money back she said she would pay me back on Tuesday 5/17/16 she never payed me, so I contact her about this and she says she doesnt know when she is gonna pay me. I should have been payed back right away when I asked and I dont think I will be getting my money back at all from the sounds of things. She just got hired at this shop (probably because the owner doesnt care who he hires) and she told me I can come to the shop and get repierced for free, now why would I come back and get repierced by someone that doesnt get it right the first time and does not have sterile equipment? I wouldnt. I happily got it repierced by a trained licensed professional that sterilizes there equipment in the onclave right in front of you. So I recommend anybody that is trying to get pierced to not go to this shop.

Great Place, Great Talent and Wonderful People! I was referred here by my friend Billy for my first tattoo that I was very hesitant to get as I am very picky. I didnt want an evil looking or goth tattoo and needed something girly, bright, beautiful and detailed. Lacie is my perfect fit of an artist and I absolutely LOVE my tattoo even though it is not quite finished yet. I am constantly stopped and asked who is working on it for me with people wanting her information which I am all to happy to give. I have had the pleasure of getting to know and see some of the other artists here as well and have and will continue to recommend Lacie and Garfield Street Tattoo to anyone who asks.

I liked the atmosphere however my "cover up" is an ugly black splash thanks to Shane who chose to ignore his co workers advice and do whatever was easier. He also went too deep in one spot so it didnt heal well. So if you go here for a cover up and they take you to Shane walk back out he cant do cover up work he will lie and say hes gonna fix his bad work on him and then youll never hear from him again. Sucks because I actually like the tattoo but it is not a cover up thanks Shane now I have to spend more $$$ to fix this if its possible.

Thought this place was very impersonal and unprofessional. Went in for $20 Tuesday and was given the option to choose my tattoo/font on Word ... ... The tattoo artist who was going to do mine came over and looked at it and then mockingly laughed! (like a "really this is what were doing?") Then both the 2 receptionists got up to take a smoke break while a bunch of people were waiting! Got a very weird vibe from the people there and had a disappointing experience.

Garfield tattoo is indeed Awesome! I needed help covering up old scars and they worked with me patiently. The artist took his time placing the piece on me a few times until it looked perfect. Im going back! Ive been to a few places from Olympia to Des Moines.. Yawn. I found my guys
