Went in to have 3 words inscribed and it was done to my satisfaction. The problem was when the session was over and the artist said lets call it three hours. That seemed like more than the period of time I was actually in the chair. I was able to confirm that later once I recharged my phone and saw that I had sent and received a text from my wife while sitting in the lobby 40 minutes AFTER the time he said I was in the chair. I went back the next day to bring it to their attention in the most respectful way possible not even asking for a refund but just a little store credit. You wouldve thought that I said he was a bank robbing pedophile by the response I got. Nothing but insults and profanity when I pointed out that an error was made . Keep in mind he never indicated precisely when the session started or when he was starting his clock nor did he ever show me any timing device. So instead of getting a decent review and perhaps my wifes business and other referrals they decided its a better business practice to have a poor review and possibly a complaint to the Department of Licensing. Thats who youre dealing with at a class act ......people who dont understand that the purpose of a business is to create and keep a customer.

The only thing I have to say is that Class Act Tattoo is rude! I walked in wanting to get a tattoo on my foot and they straight up told me no. I ask what they suggested and was told "move the placement or think up another place to put it". I was then handed a piece of paper and told to write it out for spelling purposes, after I was finished I wanted to have him look it over to see if everything was spelled correctly. He didnt even take a look at it and told me "I dont get paid to spell". I felt totally disrespected. Needless to say I didnt show back up to get the tattoo. Im not gonna pay someone to tattoo me if they are that rude. No thank you!

I love class act tattoo! Al has been a tattoo artist for just about everyone in my family my mom was first, then followed my dad, my brother and then myself. I have always loved Als work Im not the best drawer at all so I know I can walk in tell him what I have in mind and set up and appointment and hell come out with the most amazing piece I have ever seen. Even now having 9 tattoos and having a slight fear of needles I know I can trust Al to take care of my skin and art work. Everyone there is super polite and cool if I could I would give it 10/10 :)

I can attest to them NOT being rude; I just called to find out if I could buy black tattoo ink from them (I raise purebred show rabbits and I periodically have to tattoo ears for sale/show rabbits), and instead of saying no and hanging up, the gentleman I spoke with very politely directed me to where I could buy those supplies. I may also go to them when I am ready for my next tattoo ;)

Cant believe Im laying here, this place is totally ridiculous, his artwork sucks, all these reviews on here I think are fake. This guy is one of the worst tattoo artist Ive ever seen or heard of in my entire life. Avoid going here at all cost. Unless you want to ruin your skin and then have another guy fix it later and this becomes a whole mess of crap

If you feel like getting ripped off, get tattooed by Kirk at Class Act. Paid over $800 for an outline of a half sleeve and he still managed to mess that up. Currently paying someone else to fix the work he did on my arm

Did not do as i asked...jay was a nice enough guy but he added things i did not ask for and did not like. Now i need to pay someone else to cover and fix. He should have asked me before he just did his own thing
