These guys are great. Honest, no BS, will tell you the truth and not just what you want to hear. Tim helped us, pro all the way. We ordered all new appliances, he did the work of finding all the "box store" sales and matching their pricing for the stuff that we wanted (Whirlpool, BTW, still American made :-D). Delivery came in at 2 different times, and both times the delivery guys were great, very conscious not to damage anything. They hand-carry all of the appliances, no carts, and we had them deliver and set up the front-loading washer and dryer upstairs, with a relatively narrow stairway with a landing that they handled perfectly: no dents, dings, or complaining! If youve ever picked up a modern front-loading washer, you can really appreciate what it takes to move them, let alone up a flight of stairs. We did change the model of oven after ordering and they hit me with a restocking fee even though it hadnt been delivered. Im not complaining because the original was special order and said so right on the front of the receipt I signed. Technically, they didnt have to accept the change, but they did; in my opinion, that is a positive. They have a twice-a-year warehouse sale, and depending on your needs, it might be worth going to. But understand, it is a MADHOUSE. Sometimes Ill shop like that, but in this case, we knew exactly what we wanted and thought that their prices were more than fair, so we chose not to wait for the March sale to purchase. Thanks guys!

After having my Family buy Appliances starting with my Great Grandmother , I am insuring we shall never buy from Albert Lee again. One word. Blomberg. At the insistent recommendation of the Albert Lee Salesman, we bought a Blomberg dishwasher based as "comparable" to Bosch. Over the time frame we have had it, it has had approximately a thousand dollars of repair work done, essentially due to poor engineering. When minimal things, such as clips to keep the washbaskets in place, break and due to the poor filtration system end up in the water pump, then there is a parts problem, wherein it costs 15.00 USD to ship a 1.50 USD part, and other parts take weeks to arrive....well, it certainly appears that the supply chain for Blomberg parts is less than barely ok. And when I called Albert Lee for a local parts representatvie dealer, I was referred to, and assured they handled Blomberg product, when I called that "only one", who, when called, informed me they didnt handle Blomberg parts. So much for the once proud Albert Lee cusomer service representation. So, we have ended up with MONTHS of no dishwasher. This machine was not cheap, but as we went in to buy a Bosch, due to the durability with decent maintenance record, were sold this lemon of a machine which broke down during the warranty period, and has continued to break down after. Bad engineering, being sold by slick and false representations. No, we will never shop Albert Lee again.

We had planned to purchase a full set of new appliances form our local appliance store, but decided to check out the Albert Lee in Tacoma store for comparison purposes. Our sales representative, Robert, spent a great deal of time in the showroom patiently answering questions, and directing us to machines that might best meet our needs. Because of his great customer service, we ended up purchasing our appliances from Albert Lee. What really stands out is the way he went above and beyond after the sale. When we noticed a few imperfections in the refrigerator door, he actually came to our house to take a look and cut some excess insulation. We ended up needing a new door, and he ordered that part and came down a second time to install it. We really appreciate the service we have received, which has converted us to customers who will turn to Albert Lee again in the future.

Rude! Apparently they dont need customers! They dont acknowledge people who walk in, no wave, no someone will be right with you. They dont even look up. They dont say anything to you even if the customer they are helping gets up and leaves. You have to just wander around and hope they will decide to get up out of their comfy chairs and decide you are worthy of acknowledging. Although I could hear a whole lot of personal small talk and not so much appliance selling! Too snooty, dont bother!

I purchased a Miele dishwasher from Albert Lee Tacoma and it was an experience I shall repeat when replacing other appliances. The salespersons were professional, knew their appliances and helped me compare various models. Nothing was hard sell...had it been I would have left. Installation was a breeze. The fellows provided an excellent service.
