We bought a Frigidaire dishwasher and top stove microwave at your Concord store and scheduled to be delivered on Saturday,12/5/15 so we waited and my husband called late afternoon to check if the delivery still in scheduled, we were told the its not going to be delivered on that date 12/5/15 and we asked why not they didnt give us any reasons with no questions asked, they rescheduled to be delivered on Tuesday 12/8/15. My husband called on Monday, 12/7 to check to make sure they are still on scheduled for tomorrows delivery on 12/8/15. He was told that they were delivered today, 12/7 and my husband said no it scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, 12/8/15 so the person told him he will give him a call back in 5 minutes, we waited for a call back but that didnt happened second time same thing on Monday so we patiently waited for a call back to hear that the delivery for Tuesday 12/8 still on, but they told us they will need to be rescheduled the next day, Wednesday, 12/9 and they could not give us the reason why this deliveries attempted cannot be delivered on the schedule date. I am so frustrated that this store cannot give us any valid reasons why cannot be delivered and they were arguing with my husband. Finally they called my husband back I made my decision to canceled everything and Id rather go to Home Depot who can do the delivery on time. I thought going to Airport Home Appliance will make us happy but so disappointment and will never go back to this place again. I wont recommend this place to shop for your appliances. I will go to Home Depot or Lowes instead. We were told at the store "they said they only hired professional people." Sincerely, Frustrated customers I wont give no star on this one.

We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator at your Concord store. When it was delivered it had a bent door hinge and the ice maker would not shut off. We called Frigidaire support and they sent A and E Appliance Repair who wrote it up as needing to be replaced as having so many problems as a brand new refrigerator showed that it was a defective appliance. He said to contact the store about replacing it. The Concord store manager was so certain that Frigidaire would honor it that she showed us other refrigerators as options. The Frigidaire representative then informed the Concord store manager that A and E was not the service contractor for our area and sent out Aquarius who naturally complied with someones desire to only replace the parts. We checked with A and E who said they did service Frigidaire in our area. The upshot was that the Concord store manager did not use Airport Appliances leverage to back the original A and E service repairs statement and we were stuck with the faulty refrigerator. After Aquarius put in the replacement parts, we noticed that door was out of alignment due to their replacing the door hinge. We called Frigidaire service and they were again going to send A and E to fix it - this was the company that the Frigidaire representative said did not work in our area according to the Concord Airport Home Appliance manager. This confirmed that Frigidaire was lying. We will never buy a Frigidaire product again as they dont back what their service people say and deviously work around it. We will also not buy from Airport Appliance as they did not stand behind us when Frigidaire obviously was avoiding what their A and E repairman said should have been done.

These guys are A JOKE! Went there a week ago. Decent salesman on the floor, knowledgeable, not pushy (thats why they get ONE STAR!) Well... fast forward to today. A week after I went there and paid with my ATM for a dishwasher and an oven. The sales guy told me "the units are in stock, we should have them installed next week". A week after (today) I decide to check on my order (paid IN FULL) 11:00. Spoke with "Brian" ( whoever that is...) and he told me "he will call the installers and make sure they call me. Silence. Called back at 16:00. Asked for "Brian". He basically told me he cannot guarantee me anything. What. A. Joke!!! Told him that THIS IS A JOKE!!! He hung up on me. I called back and he said :"this is Joke, you called me a Joke. " I asked him the name of his supervisor. He gave me a first name, no last name. Asked FOUR TIMES. NO RESULT. Apparently the supervisors are know by first name only. Cancelled my order. Not worth it, these guys are retards. Period.

I was very impressed with the service. I used their web site and phoned a couple of times with questions. The phone was always answered promptly by people who verified that the information they were giving me was correct by double-checking with co-workers right where I could hear them. There was no hard up-selling either. I could receive my refrigerator the very next day. I got a call from the delivery men saying they could actually be at my house earlier than expected if that worked for me. It did and they came, handily removed my defunct appliance and brought in the new one all within 1/2 an hour. Courteous, quick, tidy. I have already recommended Airport Home Appliance to my boss and to my relatives.

Airport Home Appliance is the "go-to" store for appliances. My wife and I bought a replacement refrigerator and had a good experience with Airport Home Appliance. First of all, the Concord store location is easy to access near Hwy 242 and Willow Pass Road with plenty of parking. Second, there is a wide assortment of refrigerators from not-so-expensive to top-of-the-line. Third, the sales staff was helpful but gave us room to look and decide without breathing down our necks. When we had questions, the staff was able to give us informed info and then backed away while we decided. The pricing is very fair. They delivered our new fridge and made the old one disappear. Fantastic experience!

Airport Appliance had the best price on a gas cooktop (and I checked Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, Friedmans and Amazon). Their service was excellent too, when I had to exchange the Frigidaire for a Bosch, when the 1st one didnt quite fit the Ikea cabinetry. I had only measured the cutout in the granite top, so it wasnt their fault. Beau was most helpful, and kept me in the loop, and let the contractor know, who did the installation. I also used them over 10 years ago when I bought all my kitchen appliances from them when I was renovating my previous home, and was very satisfied then too.

I shopped three different sources in store and on-line for a hard to find drop in range uncommon size, microwave and 18" dishwasher. Elliott located all 3 and recommended the best quality at the best price. He was a good communicator and organized the order and delivery promptly for the three appliances. All the store employees work closely with each other and can access the order info to respond to each others customers. Thats a well managed store! It was the most pleasant experience: fast, efficient, friendly and I highly recommend doing business with Airport Appliance. Chris

We bought a Kitchenaid refrigerator and dishwasher from Airport Appliance. The sales staff and the pricing were great but the delivery/installation people for the refrigerator didnt know what they were doing. The didnt think the unit would fit thru the doorway (which it did) so they left it in the garage for us to deal with. We had to hire an installer who charged us $200 to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one. We are most unhappy about the unexpected expense. The dishwasher installation was done by a contractor and they did a great job but again it cost us extra.
