We have been working with Kaady for over 3 months in trying to fix our fridge and burner in our house. These appliances came with the house and were under warranty, and both the fridge and burner have broken. The fridge has broken twice. The first time they brought back the fridge, 2 days later it broke again. They offered us a comparable fridge because they supposedly were not able to fix it. They brought us a fridge that was no where near a comparable fridge, and we refused. This process with our fridge caused us almost 2 months of back and forth with their company, in which we were told lies after lies about how parts were still on order and so forth. Dealing with their company for the fridge was so painful that we spent over a thousand dollars and bought a new fridge because they were so unprofessional in fixing our fridge and honoring the warranty that we didnt want to even deal with it. They then tried to keep our original fridge. We were told lie after lie about why they kept the fridge, which are all lies and can be documented. They said our realtor told them they dont need to deliver the fridge, which is a lie. They also said the original home owner of the house contacted them and told them that it was okay to keep it, which is also a lie. Finally they apologized for the hassle and delivered the fridge. They gave us a 4 hour window to deliver the fridge, and then called after my fiance was there all day, and couldnt make the delivery. After I called and had a firm conversation with one of the managers, we did finally end up getting it delivered the next week. Now on to the burner, which now for over 3 months they have told us that the parts are still on order. I cant even tell you how many times we have contacted several higher ups at the store who have told us the parts will be here this week and we will call to schedule the repair. I would not recommend anyone EVER EVER using this company for repairs or buying from them. Their managers and employees are honestly the most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. They should be shut down immediately. USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!!!

*AVOID* Our experience was very specific, but sufficiently negative that I felt necessary to write my first review on a company ever. In short, if you like credit card companies runaround, you may enjoy Kaady too. We found the oven we were looking for on their website on an early Sunday morning. I called to verify it was still available ("It is, and its in mint condition. I know we have it, but its at our other location.") and that the store was, in fact, open ("We are.") When we arrived at the store with three kids in tow, its "open" light is on, but the store is closed with a hand-written sign saying that they had to close early. However, the sign was from the day before. I call again and learned that "the salesman called in sick" and so someone was going to "be there in about 45 minutes to open up." Sure- no problem, right? life happens. (Keep in mind this a few hours after they are already supposed to open.) 1 hour and 15 minutes later we come back (still three kids in tow) and the store is still closed. We call again and are told the salesman just go the keys and will be there....in 45 minutes. An hour later we come back and the store had just opened. (we really needed an oven that day...) When I ask about the specific oven that we verified was there, they have no idea what I am talking about. They call the other store- and they have no idea what I am talking about. (So it wasnt a location mix-up) Of course, they do have some in stock of the same variety....(wait for it)....... for $500 to $900 more than the one on the website. Overall, if you can find the store to be (1) actually open after you call and verify they are open, and (2) carrying what you called and confirmed they are carrying, Im sure your experience will be better than ours. However, in my experience that seems too much to ask. TLDR: Bait and switch, lying about being open and generally smells like an old teen center.

This is becoming the most horrific experience I have ever had to go through. I purchased the washer and dryer about a month ago. It has already broke down and when you have to schedule an appointment for repair, they dont work around your schedule AT ALL. They expect me to wait over 2 weeks for this repair. Most people work, I should have have to take ANOTHER vacation day for a repair when I already had to take a vacation day to get it delivered. Oh and that didnt arrive until late afternoon anyway. Every person that I talk to is since I purchases is extremely rude and unhelpful. They will trick you when buy, so nice and sweet and will do anything for you. UNTIL YOU GIVE UP the money. DON"T DO IT. I recommend that you do not purchase ANYTHING from this place. It is a scam, you will get broken stuff and they will not do nothing about it. All the reviews I just read about this exact situation is true. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.

The worst experience ever. We bought a washer from these people a couple of days ago. It broke down the after two loads of laundry. The saleslady told my husband it was 4 or 5 years old when in fact we found out it was 7 years old. Also she told us it was a 4.2 capacity washer and it was 3.7. These people will lie to you to get a sell. We called them and asked for our money back and they wont give it to us. They said a tech would contact us in 24 to 48 business hrs. I am so upset with this store it is such bad business to treat people that way. We want our money back so we can get a reliable washing machine and they refuse to do it. Please dont give these people your business.

I bought a washer and dryer 6 months and 3 days ago. I have already had 3 service calls on this dryer not including having the original dryer that was delivered replaced. It is 3 days out of warranty and is in need of yet another repair. I called today and they said it was 3 days out of warranty and they could not help me. I said even though it has needed 3 service calls in the last four months you still will not service it as warranty. They said no and hung up the phone. I tried to support local and small but I would not recommend them.

I cant believe this place!!! They sell you a washer and dryer install it and dont make sure it works then tell you when you call someone will call you to set the appointment the next morning. when you call back they say he didnt call??? well he is working on something have him call when done hours go by no call then you call again he just picked up the work order will call any minute then you call again and get more bullshit run around!!!!
