It was my first and last trip to any of these good will stores. I was shopping for over two hours for clothes. An announcement over the intercom came at seven minutes to closing. I ran to the dressing room to try on the items. The employee came to the door while I was undressed and yelled I had to leave. And if I Did not come out she would call security. Really????? had they made a couple closing announcements I dont think there would have been an issue. The store wont give the customers money back on a purchase. So why would they not allow time to make sure it fits. In addition to that. The did not give me all my bags. I am missing a few items cause they were more focused on leaving instead of making a few hundred bucks.

BeHoux - Crone Reality vs BS

Baaahaaaa!!!!! Go across the street to Big Lots. They are less expensive and their items are NEW. This Goodwill; the prices will Crack you up. As a game, kid you not, we go to see what " colored tag of the day special " it is. You know "ALL ORANGE TAG ITEMS ARE 50% OFF". HAHA!!!! Nope. Try to find an orange tag, (or whatever color they choose that day) and youll be amused. Seriously, we should take pics and start a 50% off gallery. Example, orange tag found: Mother in law wedding wear, floral with shoulder pads, size 22 circa 1981 and Hawaiian shell embellished salt shaker with the shells broken off. But hey! Half off! Its only $7.00 now!! Im dying here.

The clothing sections are fair to good, with the exception of the the shoes. The staff seems vacant, the shelves of many sections are in a constant state of disorder. The donation staff do not accept donations that are not organized to their liking, which is odd given the state of the store in general. The pay rate for Goodwill is Pierce county is lower than King county and there is no employee discount, which doesnt make for happy workers abd unhappy workers dont usually care much for customer service.

The store has always been clean with helpful and friendly staff. There are some pretty amazing deals and you can always find something. Books, purses, and pants and shirts are my favorite things to look through, I can almost always find something I love. I like their mission and what they attempt to do for the community and the people in it.

One of the best Goodwills in town always has lots of new stuff lots of store clothes out stuff Great Furniture section and the electronics section is ok toy section great and it has a lot of great glassware pretty good on the clothes to shoes suck for men so besides that very friendly great manager good atmosphere.

It is clean and organized. However, some of the prices are ridiculous. These are supposed to be second hand clothes and items. With some items I can buy them brand new elsewhere for a couple dollars more. Thats insane! I really hope they are helping to give back to the community. Im not so sure about that either.

Love this Goodwill! Staff is friendly, clothes are always changing, and prices are fair. Really enjoy the selection of books at this location and they do a real nice job with having clothes, shoes, and accessories set up for holidays and seasons. Makes browsing so much more efficient.

Great little store. Would rate higher but about half of their bigger ticket items do not have price tags on them, so you have to find a manager to get the price. Funny thing is, you get different pricing based on the manager you ask and how you look. But beware!

Lots of great bargains, floor employees need to remember that even if its rude how people will come thru there on a .99¢ day and act like vultures tearing thru things to find deals, but never should they complain with other employees in front of customers.

A couple of my items that I was excited about finding, didnt have a price tag, and Instead of contacting a manager or taking it back to production (I used to work for goodwill) the cashier takes the items out of my hand and says sorry, we cant sell this.

Store tends to be a bit understocked. Too little amount of employees at this store, when you need help, have to get a cashier whom is usually mobbed at the register and unable to get away quickly. Prices here are higher than other local goodwills.

I found my long desired computer table here. Ive been looking in other goodwill stores and on craigslist and could not find it and it was at a very reasonable price. I also loved the ample parking spaces.

Despite the signage stating service animals only. Not one employee bothered to address the constant barking of the lap dog regardless of the many uncomfortable obviously annoyed customers.

One of the biggest Goodwills in the area! I was able to find the best cheap speakers to go with all the pieces to build a full surround sound system for like 30 bucks!

Friendly and conscientious staff with great changing stock. Found a few good vinyls! Upping the price from 1$ to 4$ increased the quality of the selection, it seems!
